New Appointment Policy - Centre Dentaire St-Luc

We would like to thank you for trusting Centre Dentaire St-Luc for your dental care. In order to continue offering you quality service and to ensure efficient scheduling, we would like to inform you of the implementation of our appointment and cancellation policy.

As of September 2, 2025, any appointment cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least two business days in advance. If we do not receive confirmation from you within 48 hours, we will attempt to contact you by phone. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

Without this notice, a $50 fee may be applied. We invite you to review our complete financial policy and agreement, available at the clinic, which also details payment terms, insurance, financial responsibilities, and treatment conditions for dependents.
